SOLD. Former AACA Grand National Winner. This is an "M" code Thunderbird. The M can be found in the fifth character of the VIN and designates that this T-Bird was ordered with the ultra rare factory high performance 390 ci V8 engine featuring tri-power carburation, 406 heads, unique air cleaner and special exhaust manifolds. This engine is factory rated at 340 horsepower. Also equipped with automatic transmission, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power driver seat, AM/FM radio, fender shields and swing-a-way steering wheel. The restoration was completed in the early 2000's followed by an AACA Grand National award in 2006. Today the Thunderbird still shows extremely well and the odometer indicates about 600 miles which is believed to reflect the miles since the restoration was completed.
